CDE Services was founded in 1989. In the early 1990’s, the electronic transaction support market was largely undeveloped. The founding principles of CDE Services were to serve the transaction processing industry with a professional approach, reasonable cost, rapid turnaround and an unyielding pursuit of quality. With these standards, CDE established itself as the leader in quality equipment support provider in the marketplace, a position we are proud to occupy to this day.

Our core business remains to this day the remanufacturing, deployment/retrieval and inventory management of POS equipment, however in our 17 years of operations, CDE has branched out to provide a number of different services specifically tailored to suit the varied needs of our customer base. The following is a list of services currently provided by CDE.
 

CDE provides its products and services to a wide variety of resellers including ISOs and processors within the POS and prepaid industries, petroleum marketers utilizing receipt printers, and VARs and software providers within the healthcare, time and attendance and government sectors utilizing POS-type equipment.  CDE’s customer base includes thousands of satisfied customers, including deployment customers who have successfully used CDE services for many years, major processors who continually rely on CDE’s repair services for thousands of repairs every month, and ISO’s who depend on CDE for “like-new” remanufactured equipment. 

Headquartered in the Atlanta Area with affiliate offices in China.  These overseas offices provide CDE access to economical products and services as well as an international presence required to be successful in today’s market. CDE provides parts and supplies for POS equipment.  This includes not only simple paper and ribbons, but also POS components.  CDE designs and manufactures its own plastics, lenses, keypads, overlays and other components providing improvements and innovations which make CDE’s parts superior in the industry.  CDE’s parts are compatible with most manufacturers’ equipment including Verifone, Hypercom, Epson, Lipman and others.
