Authorized Epson Repair
CDE is a authorized Epson repair center. Our Epson trained
technicians can refurbish most all Epson models from the smaller POS
printers up to the large TM-U950 units.
Inventory Management
CDE maintains
in-house inventory for multiple customers. With our convenient On-Line
web interface, you will always be up to date on the status of your
inventory. All data is maintained from "cradle-to-grave", stored on
Dell servers utilizing raid 5 disk storage systems. All servers are
backed-up daily on digital audio tape. Back-up tapes are stored off-site
as part of CDE's data security program. Customer product is logged-in
by customer name, serial number, model type, memory amount, and other
identifiers.
All through out the CDE re-manufacturing process, data is collected
along the way building a history of all problems found, parts replaced,
tests conducted, and quality control inspections.
