Connie Sawyer joins CDE.

ATLANTA — CDE Services, Inc. announces Constance Sawyer joins the team as a customer service representative. CDE repairs and remanufactures point of sales (POS) equipment, sells refurbished equipment and supplies, provides deployment and retrieval, and inventory management services to the payment processing industry.

“We are continually reviewing our operations and responding to the needs of our customers,” said Joseph A. Barna, president of CDE. “Our customers and the marketplace are telling us that there’s a need for more repair services and solutions for non-POS equipment, like scanners, printers and other electronic devices that are used in a wide range of industries. Bringing Connie Sawyer to our customer service team ensures that we are reaching all accounts with proper customer care and follow-up.”

Building on its platform of providing superior customer service, CDE has added Connie Sawyer to its Customer Support Group. This group is responsible for managing customer calls, fulfilling order requests and processing repairs.

Sawyer has held a number of customer service and administrative positions in her career. She is a graduate of Goldey Beacom College, in Newark, Del., where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
