General Return Guidelines

  • All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be accepted for refund or replacement. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Customer Service or Sales Rep.
  • All products eligible for refund or replacement must be returned to CDE within 30 calendar days of date of product receipt and must be in the original packaging never opened.
  • Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee. Refer to RETURN FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT and RESTOCKING FEE SCHEDULE for applicable restocking fees.
  • Products that are received by CDE in any of the following conditions are not eligible for refund or replacement and may be rejected:
    • Any product not purchased from CDE.
    • Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).
    • Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and components, including the original box, packaging, manuals, cables, and any other items originally included with the product. Refund returns received in this condition may incur a restocking fee or be rejected.
    • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage.
    • Any product which appears to be tampered, customized, or altered in any way.
  • Items defective upon arrival or wrong items shipped are eligible for refund or replacement when return guidelines are followed. CDE is responsible for return and replacement shipping costs associated with these returns.

Return for refund or replacement

  • Returns for refund or replacement must be received by CDE no later than 30 calendar days from date of product receipt.
  • Approved refunds will be provided to the original form of payment within 30 days of product return.
  • Return shipping for refund or replacement items is the responsibility of the customer unless item is defective upon receipt. Additional outbound shipping charges for replacements will be applied to the original form of payment.
  • The following costs are not refundable:
    • Original order shipping costs
    • Deployment services including but not limited to key injection, downloads, file builds, menu builds, kitting, etc.
    • Custom packaging
  • Restocking fees may apply according to the product type and item condition. Refer to the RESTOCKING FEE SCHEDULE below for details.

Quantity Purchases

  • Orders for quantities of twenty-five (25) or more of any given item on a single order are automatically non-refundable.
